About transfer procedure
Procedures at our school
(1) Create documents related to moving out.
Please fill in <Attachment 1> and submit it to your teacher immediately .
(2) We will settle the cost of teaching materials.
Each treasurer will contact you, so please settle according to it.
(3) After confirming the new address, bring the documents (enrollment certificate, textbook salary certificate) to the new address.
I'll give it to you. (Shortly before being transferred)
Procedures at the new address
(1) After the procedure for transferring the residence certificate, the transfer procedure will be carried out at the municipal board of education of the new address.
At that time, please show the envelope given by our school.
The envelope contains a certificate of enrollment and a textbook salary certificate.
(2) Go to the junior high school designated by the municipal board of education and complete the transfer procedure.
